The bottom of the head should be flat. Place a graphite gasket on top of the copper one, tighten the head as tight as possible, and tighten three allen screws slightly.

The head may start leaking if three allen head screws are overtightened, which warps the head. Remove the head, place a fine sand paper on a piece of glass and sand the bottom of the head slightly. Sanding will reveal high and low spots.

Make sure there is no compression leak through the head - drop some oil on the head and check for bubbles.

It has been designed, but when the production will start is still unknown - too busy at the moment. But the 60 gasser is high priority.

Hi Mike,
For some reason our emails to you don't go through - AOL blocks them... Anyway, the engines are available, but the manual should be ready within two weeks. We will contact you then. Thank you

All NV needle valves have fine threads. If the fuel leaks through the thread due to high pressure, you can easily fix it. Take a 3 mm diameter silicone tubing, cut 5-7 mm, and put it on the thread. Screw the needle over it , which will squeeze the tubing and make a barrier for the leaks.
