I built it this Spring and bought a Big Mig .061 to power it. I'm still trying to get it cranking dependably and run-in. But since no one has posted a control line plane, I'd go ahead and put this video up.
I tried to tell the camera guy not to try and follow the plane, but nobody listens. He caught a couple of my aerobatics anyway. In the video it still has a Cox Tee Dee .051 and a Texas Timers fine thread NV with a pressure bladder. I need to find a fine thread needle valve for the Big Mig. So anyway, here it is: youtu.be/tyh1F-fOcEY |

Thanks. Here's a better video of it:
youtu.be/NiAl56Z3bb4?hd=1 I wish I could tell you it had a Norvel on it. However I'm scratch building a new Baby Flite Streak that will be fashioned to look like a Cox Hyper Viper(which was an awesome looking old plastic stunt model). It will be powered by a Big Mig .061 with a fine thread NVA and a pressure bladder. That should be a real rocket. I'll post about it when I have something to show. happy flying, Rusty |
