Purchased this engine on ebay without knowing what it was. Figured out it was the Norvel .061 here.rnI can't say enough about this little beauty! It
starts on the first flip of the prop. It runs a solid, steady 22,000 RPM with a 6-3 Top Flite nylon prop and 3 head gaskets. It doesn't get hot like
other 1/2A engines I'm used to.rnI'm still breaking it in so haven't seen its full potential yet.rnI am a fan of this motor and can only say it's the
best, by far, 1/2A engine I've owned.

Having many .049 engines in my collection, and running /flying them for 40+ years this is my most liked and enjoyed of all! After first 2oz of fuel
@78-22% methenol/caster oilfollowing the cleaning and cold runin process in ops guide this engine spins at 19000-19100 rpm with a fine exhaust
note, thats only 100 rpm variance!!Using 10% Nitro/20% lub @50*50 caster/Klotz this is one sweetly ported engine. With this fuel mix use two head shims
and you will have a really fine 1/2A power plant that will draw attention as it sounds like a larger engine.-ENJOY THIS ONE If you like 1/2A engines
as much as I do.
